I thought the overall experience was positive. Being a new German taxpayer and not fully understanding the filing process, especially with the added complication of having assets held in my US accounts, I really appreciated the clear and concise explanations Claudia provided along the way. I felt that the level of engagement in emails and Teams calls was at a good level for my particular case and not burdensome.
So, I don’t have any recommendations except ‘keep up the good work’ 🙂
